Field + laboratory
Construction materials testing and laboratory.
Compaction and concrete QC on site. Laboratory testing on soils, aggregates, and concrete — including MnDOT topsoil / borrow and other specialty lab work. Field and lab on the same job record.
Illustrative of the work (not a named GeoServices job).
Construction materials testing
Field work is compaction / in-place density; concrete slump, air, and temperature; cylinders and breaks; state-of-the-art infiltration testing; and anchor testing. Laboratory testing on soils, aggregates, and concrete, including MnDOT topsoil / borrow and specialty lab tests. Density and laboratory results are issued to building officials when the job requires it.
Field CMT plus laboratory testing on soils, aggregates, and concrete — including MnDOT topsoil / borrow. It is not a claim of accreditation.
- Compaction / in-place density
- Concrete — slump, air, temperature
- Cylinders and compressive-strength breaks
- Infiltration testing
- Anchor testing
- Laboratory — soils and aggregates

We prioritize work for major contractors and for municipal, county, state, and federal projects. Special inspections follow the Minnesota Building Code (IBC Chapter 17 as adopted). GPR for concrete embeds and thickness is limited to 36 inches of depth. Ask the office which items a given job needs — this is not an accreditation directory.
